Surface preparation is the foundation of the painting process. Shot blasting, the mechanical way of surface treatment, is applied by blasting special grade steel shots to the surface at controlled pressure in a suitable environment provided by the shot blasting booth in order to remove dirt, rust, scale and oil and itch the surface gently to improve the adhesion of the coating to be applied. The reusable ones of the shots falling down are separated and recirculated automatically. Blasting dust is extracted and hold in the dust seperators to protect the environment.
