Assembly Line Booths
Enclosing assembly stations in a booth achieves three things: controlled lighting, controlled air and controlled access. Together they raise the repeatability of quality.
How the process works
The booth layout is arranged station by station. Each station has its own lighting level, its own supply point and its own ergonomic arrangement. The conveyor passes through the booth without interruption.
Ventilation is sized for the vapours of the adhesives, sealants or cleaners used during assembly. These materials are frequently overlooked in planning.
