Process requirements of the sector
Combined booths carry out surface preparation and painting in the same volume, saving space and investment. This is the most common solution for low and medium volumes.
Modernising an existing line is often a sounder choice than investing from scratch. The conveyor and booth structure can be retained while ventilation, filtration, automation and energy systems are renewed.
In capacity increase projects the real constraint is usually oven length or electrical power. Identifying the bottleneck correctly prevents unnecessary investment.
