3. Purposes of processing
- Evaluating quotation and project requests and carrying out preliminary technical work
- Routing contact requests to the relevant department and responding to them
- Carrying out after-sales technical support and service processes
- Evaluating job applications and conducting recruitment processes
- Providing the website in a secure and functional manner
4. Legal bases
- Article 5/2-c of the Law — directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (quotation and project requests)
- Article 5/2-f of the Law — legitimate interest of the data controller (responding to contact requests, site security)
- Article 5/1 of the Law — explicit consent (job applications and non-essential cookies)
- Article 6/2 of the Law — special categories of personal data (blood group, health and criminal record information) are processed only with SEPARATE AND EXPLICIT CONSENT. The second consent box on the career form represents this consent; where it is not ticked, these fields are not recorded, not stored and not transmitted to any recipient. Withholding consent does not invalidate your application.
5. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on our website, entirely of your own volition. The site collects no personal data that you have not entered into the forms; no profiling or advertising tracking is carried out.
6. Transfer
Your data is shared only with authorised employees, on a limited basis and solely to fulfil your request. Transfers may be made to legally competent public authorities where required by law.
Third-party content on the website — Google Maps and the YouTube videos — only when you give consent are loaded. Until you consent, no request whatsoever is sent to Google; even video preview images are served from our own server. 7. Retention period

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing; request rectification if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; request erasure or destruction; request that third parties to whom the data has been transferred be notified; object to a result to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation where you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
