What your application must contain
- Name, surname and, if the application is written, a signature
- For Turkish citizens, the national identity number; for others, nationality, passport number or identity number
- Residential or business address for service of notice
- If available, e-mail address, telephone and fax number for notification
- Subject of the request
Response period
Your applications are concluded as soon as possible according to the nature of the request and in any case within 30 days . Where the process entails an additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
If your application is refused
If your application is refused, if you find the response inadequate or if no response is given within the period, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning of the response and in any case within 60 days of the date of application.
