Novatek Endüstriyel Sistemler provides turnkey engineering for industrial paint shops, surface treatment and cataphoresis lines, and automation projects.

Our way of working

From design through installation to commissioning, the process is managed by one party; responsibility is not divided among suppliers. With maintenance, service and technical support, the operating life of the investment is backed by the same team.

All projects are based on international standards, occupational health and safety legislation and energy efficiency criteria.

The seven-step process

1. Technical survey — part geometry, capacity target and energy infrastructure are measured on site.
2. Process design — the number of stages, cycle time and temperature window are calculated.
3. Concept and budget — layout plan, equipment list and investment budget are presented.
4. Detailed engineering — mechanical, electrical and automation designs are submitted for approval.
5. Manufacturing and inspection — workshop manufacturing and pre-assembly tests are completed.
6. Site installation — installation and connections are carried out under health and safety supervision.
7. Commissioning — performance testing, training, documentation and acceptance.
