After-Sales Services
A plant’s life begins at handover. On the lines we commission, maintenance, service and technical support are carried out by the same team — nothing is lost between the people who built the line and the people who maintain it.
How the process works
In a paint shop, performance degrades slowly and the decline usually goes unnoticed. Filters clog, air velocity drops, oven zone deviation widens and quality complaints begin to rise. The purpose of a scheduled maintenance programme is to prevent this silent drift.
Modernisation is often a sounder choice than investing from scratch. The conveyor and booth structure can be retained while ventilation, filtration, automation and energy systems are renewed — with gains approaching those of a new line.
